Hands-on, holistic therapy rooted in Chinese Medicine.
Natural, personalised treatment for pain relief, stress, and better overall health — offered in-clinic, in your home, or in the workplace.

Come to my peaceful home clinic for focused, one-to-one treatment. Each session is tailored to what your body needs — on the day.

I offer:

  • Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) – An active, therapeutic massage done through clothing. Works on muscles, fascia, joints, and energy channels (Sinew Channels) to relieve pain, improve mobility, and reduce tension.
  • Acupuncture – Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Very fine needles are placed at key points along the Primary Channels to restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and support natural healing.

Additional therapies may be included when appropriate:

  • Moxa (Moxibustion) – A warming technique using dried mugwort to stimulate healing and circulation
  • Gua Sha – A scraping therapy that helps release tightness and stagnation in muscles and fascia
  • Cupping – Cups used to draw out tension and improve circulation

Your first visit includes an in-depth consultation:

  • Medical history
  • Sleep, digestion, emotional health, energy levels, and lifestyle
  • Tongue and pulse diagnosis to assess your internal balance

This holistic approach helps shape a treatment plan that’s not just about short-term relief, but long-term change.

Tailored treatment session based on your progress and needs.
Includes any combination of:

  • Tui Na
  • Acupuncture
  • Moxa, Gua Sha, or Cupping as needed
  • Ongoing lifestyle and self-care advice

Prefer treatment in your own space? I offer home visits within the Southampton area.
Same approach and techniques as in the clinic. All I need is a calm space and enough room for my portable couch.

Prices:

  • £70 for first-time visit (90 mins)
  • £50 for follow-ups (60 mins)
  • Travel fee from £5–£15 depending on location (I’ll confirm when you book)

During Treatment:

  • We’ll start with a short check-in
  • You’ll stay fully clothed for Tui Na, and lie comfortably on the couch
  • Acupuncture, if used, involves minimal discomfort and deep relaxation
  • Moxa, cupping, Gua Sha and manual techniques may be used to support your treatment

Aftercare:

You’ll be given personalised lifestyle and self-care advice drawn from Chinese medicine (Yang Sheng Fa) — this might include:

  • Diet tips to support your constitution
  • Movement or rest suggestions
  • Stress management techniques
  • Sleep and digestion support

The goal is to help you stay well between treatments and support your body’s natural healing rhythm.

Bringing hands-on stress relief right into your office, with no fuss or disruption.

For the Staff:

  • Treatments are fully clothed – no need to undress or use oils
  • I bring a massage chair or portable couch depending on space
  • Each session lasts 20–30 minutes, focusing on areas like the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands — the usual tension hotspots
  • Expect a combination of Tui Na massage techniques, joint mobilisations, and gentle pressure work to release tightness and improve circulation
  • You’ll leave feeling lighter, looser, and clearer-headed – ideal for a productive rest of the day

For the Company:

  • All I need is a quiet meeting room or private space
  • I handle everything — setup, cleaning between sessions, and keeping to time
  • You can offer sessions on a first-come basis, rota, or as part of a wellness initiative
  • I’m fully insured, professional, and punctual
  • After the trial or session, I can provide feedback and suggestions on how to integrate treatments into your regular wellness offering

If you’d like, I can also give a short introductory talk on workplace wellbeing from a Chinese medicine perspective, touching on posture, tension, and managing energy during the workday.

This style of treatment is suitable for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Back, neck and shoulder pain
  • Postural tension from desk work
  • Sports injuries and overuse
  • Stress, anxiety and emotional tension
